Our Standards of Practice
Every inspection Sheldon Conrad performs follows these standards, so nothing important gets skipped. They define the scope of the inspection and the systems and components we evaluate — and what falls outside it.
These standards are based on the Standards of Practice of InterNACHI and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and meet or exceed the minimum requirement for Vermont. They represent a comprehensive, performance-based approach designed to give you an informed snapshot of a property's condition on the day of inspection.
